The design of industrial facilities significantly differs from the design of public facilities. This applies both to the design approach and to the regulatory requirements of the corresponding design sections. The design department is responsible for developing project documentation for construction. The project department develops projects for industrial facilities of various functional purposes:

• - design of production buildings, workshops, and plants (main and ancillary);
• - design of energy buildings (power plants, boiler rooms, transformer substations);
• - design of transportation and warehouse buildings and structures (warehouses, terminals, locomotive depots);
• - design of administrative and household buildings (engineering, laboratory buildings of industrial enterprises);
• - design of sanitary facilities for water supply and sanitation (pumping stations, water towers).
• - development of project cost estimates for industrial and civil construction objects;
• - development of design documentation for non-standardized equipment;
• - development of pre-project (pre-investment) documentation;
• - collection of initial-permissive documentation;
• - obtaining necessary approvals;
• - passing state expertise;
• - exercising author's supervision over construction work.
